EZB Systems has released version 9.5.3 of UltraISO. With this program it is possible to edit, create and convert a large number of common, but also less well-known CD and DVD images. In addition, UltraISO is able to emulate CD or DVD drives, and mount all over thirty supported formats as virtual drives. It is also possible to make self-starting USB sticks from images. The changelog of this release shows the following changes and improvements:

Added:

• Can edit ISO images of Windows 7/8 x64 with EFI boot record
• Can directly create bootable USB disk of Mac OS X Mountain Lion from dmg image
• New bootpart device driver, supports accessing boot partition(deep hidden) within Windows (PE) environment
• Supports high-end hidden boot partition (bootmgr)
• Supports duplicating bootable USB flash drives (RAW mode)
• Sector alignment on formatting USB Flash Drive as FAT volume
• Can detect and use DVBFab virtual drive

Fixed:

• Fixed a bug with handling ISO images of Fedora 17 and CentOS 6.2
• Fixed a bug with image splitting on VMWare Fusion(Mac) or Wine(Linux)
