Download Ultimate Boot CD 4.1.1

Yesterday a new version of the Ultimate Boot CD was released in the form of 4.1.1. This version follows the 4.1.0 release released two days before. Version 4.1.1 is available from this page downloaded as an iso file, among other things, and takes up approximately 115 megabytes. Ultimate Boot CD is a collection of a large number of (diagnostic) programs on a single CD-ROM to check and test various components of the computer. The program uses its own operating system and can therefore be booted from the CD or from a memory stick. What the developers changed in Ultimate Boot CD 4.1.1 and 4.1.0 can be read below:

The first patch file has just been released. It fixes two problems: 1) error in DFT’s disk image filename 2) errors in the DOS boot disk menu.

May 8, 2007 UBCD V4.1.0 is now available for download. Besides the usual updates of existing apps and virus signatures, the main DOS boot disk has been changed to FreeDOS (previously it was LZ-DOS) for greater compatibility. For the full details of this release, please refer to Version History:
