iXsystems has released version 12.0-U7 of TrueNAS. Version 12.0 of TrueNAS is the first release that merges the codebase of the old FreeNAS and TrueNAS and is now released under the name TrueNAS Core and TrueNAS Enterprise. With TrueNAS, a networked computer can be used as network attached storage. Additional functionality can be added with the help of plugins. TrueNAS 12.0-U7 has been released, and includes a number of fixes, nearly a dozen more improvements, and a few platform enhancements. These include:
