Download Trillian Astra 5.3 Build 10 Beta

Cerulean Studios has released a new beta release of Trillian Astra version 5.3. This instant messaging program allows chatting with users of a variety of instant messaging and social networks, including Windows Live, ICQ, Skype (text only), Twitter, and Facebook. Trillian Astra is available for Windows, OS X, iOS, Android and BlackBerry. In addition, there is a version that runs in a web browser and can therefore be used anywhere.

Cerulean Studios indicated when version 5.2 was released that it would now come up with new versions faster, which means that fewer new features are introduced per release. In version 5.3 we find improvements with regard to group conversations and there is now also a plug-in that allows chatting during games. Furthermore, the program handles SSL certificates better and several small improvements have been made to make the program work better in Windows 8. Build 10, on the other hand, only contains bug fixes.
