Download Transmission 4.0.0 beta 3

The third beta release of Transmission version 4.0 has been released. This torrent client uses few resources, is cross-platform and open source, and has a simple and clear interface. The program was developed for use on macOS, but on the download page versions for Windows, Linux, FreeBSD and some NAS systems can also be found. In version 4.0.0, the program has been rewritten in C++, making it perform better and use fewer resources. The changelog for this release can be found below:

• Dropped obsolete CyaSSL and PolarSSL crypto backends (WolfSSL and MbedTLS are still supported). (#4495)
