Download TransMac 7.5

TransMac is a very useful program for the Windows platform if you also use Macintosh computers. It can read, write or format files from Macintosh format CD-ROMs, hard drives, floppies and removable drives (FireWire/IEEE 1394, USB, Iomega, Zip, Jaz, Clik, SyQuest, etc.) without any problem. on this page all options are neatly listed. The developers have released version 7.5 with the following list of changes since the previous entry in the muck tracker:

Version 7.5:

New features:
• TransMac now recognizes alternate partition maps for combined PC and Mac partitions.

Fixes:

• Support for more drive types.
• Fixed problem accessing floppy drive with letters other than A: or B:.
• Allow formatting floppy disks with HFS+

• Fixed problem with very slow reads on some CD/DVD drives.
