Download Total Commander 8.52

The final release of Total Commander version 8.52 has been released. This program can be used as a replacement for Windows Explorer. Splitting the image in half makes it easy to copy files, but the program can do much more. There are various ways to modify files, a built-in ftp client and a multi-rename tool, and there is support for a large number of compression formats. Furthermore, the functionality can be plugins be expanded. As the small jump in version number suggests, the new release will contain virtually no new features but only bug fixes.

Most important fixes in Total Commander 8.52:

• Total Commander was sometimes hanging when loading the drive buttonbar on Windows 10 (problems with some removable media)
• The Windows Explorer couldn’t completely unpack ZIP archives created with Total Commander when they contained more than 65535 files
