Download Total Commander 8.52 Beta 1

The first beta release of Total Commander version 8.52 has been released. This program can be used as a replacement for Windows Explorer. Splitting the image in half makes it easy to copy files, but the program can do much more. There are various ways to modify files, a built-in ftp client and a multi-rename tool, and there is support for a large number of compression formats. Furthermore, the functionality can be plugins be expanded. As the small jump in version number suggests, the new release will contain virtually no new features but only bug fixes.

What’s new?
This is purely a bug fix release. The main purpose is to fix a hang on Windows 10 when a card is in the SD-Card slot. However, it also fixes many bugs reported to us via email or the bug reports forum.

As usual, the update is free for all registered users.
