Download TortoiseCVS 1.8.13

TortoiseCVS is a handy program to keep track of a Concurrent Versions System. This system is used by many developers to centrally keep the code with the changes made per version. A file is reserved for editing by a user, who then makes a number of changes, the file is centrally updated to the new version and released again for other users. The older versions can then still be consulted. The developers of TortoiseCVS have released a new stable version with 1.8.13 as the version number. The included changelog looks like this:
