Version 8.2.0 of Text Editor Pro has been released. This free and lightweight text editor has extensive options, which are especially interesting for software developers. There are syntax highlighting for more than fifty script and programming languages, macros, vertical selection blocks and file comparison. The program is being actively developed and new versions with minor improvements appear regularly. Since version 8.1.0 the following changes and improvements have been made:
