TeraCopy is a program that specializes in copying files. For example, it creates buffers, which saves time when copying files between two different hard drives and there is a pause option. The program can integrate into Windows in such a way that it replaces the standard copy function. It is available in a free standard and a paid pro version, the latter offering among other things the ability to customize the queue and filters for selecting files.
