Download Tag&Rename 3.5 beta 5

About a week and a half ago, Softpointer released the fifth beta release of Tag&Rename 3.5. With this program a user’s music collection can be organized and managed. The program has extensive options on board to modify both file names and tags. Almost all known and lesser known formats are supported, including mp3, ogg, wma, mp4, flac, ape, aac and wav. In version 3.5, among other things, the performance of the program has been worked on and support for Windows Vista is now complete. Here’s what’s changed since the third beta release:

New features in version 3.5 beta 5:

• Added option: “Set “Album Artist” to “Various Artists” when “Part of a compilation” checked”
• “Add “folder.jpg” to Files Tag” and “Extract “folder.jpg” from Files Tag” can be moved to toolbars now
• minor improvements
• minor bugs fixed

New features in version 3.5 beta 4:

• folders in file list now also sorted according to sort column
• new columns add to main files list: Grouping, Subtitle, Release Time
