Download Tag&Rename 3.3.5
Today version 3.3.5 of Tag&Rename has been released. Softpointer, the maker of Tag&Rename, labels the program itself as ‘music organizing software’, which means organizing music collections. Using Tag&Rename it is easy to rename files or fill in the id3 tags, for example with information from an online database such as freedb.org. Almost all well-known and lesser-known formats are supported: mp3, ogg, wma, mp4, flac and ape. The changelog for this release shows the following changes and improvements:
Changes in Tag&Rename version 3.3.5:
- Tag&Rename “Filters” now use MS-DOS wild cards, ie you can use masks like: “*some text*”, “?? text*”, etc.
- now you can change files rating from files list with one mouse click
- “Open with Tag&Rename” Explorer shell extension now correctly open folders with Unicode characters in names
- “Replace spaces with underscores” and “Replace underscores with spaces” options were added back
- added “Rating” field in “Filter” function
- added “Channels” option into “Export Wizard”
- fixed not worked web import in some systems
- fixed bug when Tag&Rename write incorrect flags into APEv2 tag header and footer
- fixes in ID3v2 tags reading
