Download Tab manager 2003 1.1a

Tab manager 2003 can be used to create an executable installer to simplify adding custom tabs to MSN Messenger. Before the installation file is created, it must be specified what the title of the tab should be and which page should be loaded into it. In version 1.1a the following has changed:
