Download SVT-AV1 Encoder 0.5.0

It Open Visual Cloudproject is working on several building blocks for the visual cloud. These are divided into four blocks, namely encode, decode, inference and render. The first includes: Scalable Video Technology for AV1 Encoder, SVT-AV1 Encoder for short, of which version 0.5.0 was released a few days ago. The following notes can be found in the release notes:
