Download SteamOS 2,166 / 2,170 beta

SteamOS was designed by Valve as an operating system focused on playing games, of course in conjunction with the steam store. It can also play games stream from another Linux, macOS, or Windows system on the network. Valve has released two updates to SteamOS, the first in the brewmaster branch with 2,166 as the version number, and the second in the brewmaster beta branch with 2,170 as the version number. The corresponding announcement looks like this:
