Download SteamOS 2.164 Beta

SteamOS was designed by Valve as an operating system focused on playing games, of course in conjunction with the steam store† It can also play games stream from another Linux, macOS, or Windows system on the network. Valve has released a new update of SteamOS in the brewmaster beta branch, with version number 2.164. The corresponding announcement looks like this:

• Linux 4.16, with DC enabled for AMD pre-Vega cards
• Mesa 18.1.5 with an LLVM 7.0 snapshot
• NVIDIA drivers 396.45
