Download Startup Delayer 3.0 build 364
R2 Studios has released a new version of Startup Delayer. This program can modify the Windows startup process so that the user can access the desktop more quickly. One of the reasons Windows is slow to start is that many programs and processes start at the same time. Some of these can be turned on a little later, such as e-mail programs and quick launchers for, for example, LibreOffice and Adobe Reader. With Startup Delayer it is possible to specify the order of the programs to be started and to assign them a waiting time. This allows faster access to the desktop, while less important programs are loaded in the background a little later. The changelog for this release looks like this:
What’s new in Startup Delayer 3.0 build 364
- Added a new option to allow you to choose if you want to give a launched application focus when it’s run. This can help fix some applications that usually minimize to tray on launch but don’t when Startup Delayer launches them without focus
- Added additional debugging to the launch log
- Added Norsk translation
- Removed the executable signing from the main application to see if it fixes the strange random performance issues due to the remote cert validation required
- Updated Chinese Simplified translation
- Updated Hungarian translation
- Updated German translation
- Updated Italian translation
