Download SpeedFan 4.34 beta 16
Alfredo Milani Comparetti today released version 4.34 beta 16 of his hardware monitoring program SpeedFan. This small program displays information such as voltages, temperature, the speed of the fans and the smart information of the hard drive(s). It is also possible, if the motherboard used supports this, to adjust the speed of the fans. To use this beta version, you will first need to install SpeedFan version 4.33 and then replace the exe file with the one from the download. To download betas, a free registration with SpeedFan is required. Version 4.34 beta 16 is accompanied by the following release notes:

This beta includes a huge amount of new code and of code rewritings. It fixes the crash on some DFI motherboards and properly identifies one revision of the IT8705F chip. There is a lot of code to improve nVidia support. Intel CORE temperatures should now work properly on all systems. Added support for the SMBus available on several new SouthBridges. Added support for new chips. Added preliminary CPU identification routines needed to better support new hardware.[break]
