Download SoftPerfect Network Scanner 5.4.4

Version 5.4.4 of Network Scanner can be obtained from SoftPerfect. This program is a simple ip, netbios and snmp scanner. It does not need to be installed to do its job, so it can be used quickly and easily to see who and what is connected to the network. The program is multithreaded and can see network shares, mac addresses, open ports and logged in users, among other things. The download is less than two megabytes in size and the program is completely free to use. Since version 5.3, the download contains separate versions for 32bit and 64bit environments. This update brings the following improvements:

• Added UDP port 137 NetBios Name Service (NBNS) discovery.
• Added a user warning when launching a command against hidden selection.

• Added appending bookmarks to the current address range when Ctrl is held.
• Non-ASCII characters in SNMP response string displayed as binary.
