Download Snagit 10.0

TechSmith has released version 10.0 of Snagit. With this program images, text, moving images and web pages can be captured and edited. For example, effects such as perspective, spotlight and magnify can be applied. Furthermore, texts, arrows and circles can be added for clarification. The screenshots can be saved as a PDF document, among other things. New in version 10 is, among other things, that there are no longer separate profiles for desktop, window, web pages and the like. There is now one smart capture, which takes exactly what is needed. In addition, it is possible to create images with a transparent background, added text can now also be rotated and support for Windows 7 has been improved. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes have been made:

Changes in Snagit version 9.1.3

• Fixed an issue where Snagit was preventing Windows 7 from shutting down.
• Fixed a bug where Snagit Editor was running very slowly when navigating in the Search Pane to a folder with a .zip file.
• Fixed a bug where Snagit would hang when using the magnifier on Vista with Aero theme.
• Fixed a bug where high DPI settings on Vista caused Snagit Editor to display distorted images.
• Improved Snagit’s performance by caching thumbnails in the tray rather than redrawing them.
