Today version 3.2.0.145 of the well-known VoIP program for Windows has been released. Skype allows free calls to be made with other Skype users, generally with surprisingly good quality. It is also possible, for a small compensation, to ‘call’ to fixed and mobile telephones. In addition to this version for Windows, versions for Linux, Mac OS X and the Pocket PC are also being developed, but these are technically somewhat behind the Windows version.
