Download Skype for Windows 3.0.0.214

The version of Skype for Windows that was released last Thursday is now outdated. The developers of Skype have today updated the program to version 3.0.0.214. The new version can be downloaded by clicking on the link, and given the changelog it seems that 3.0.0.214 is a bug fix release. With Skype for Windows it is possible to call via voice-over-ip to other Skype users, as well as to call people who use a landline and/or a mobile phone connection. You do not need a subscription to call other ‘Skypers’, but you do need a subscription to call fixed numbers. The full changelog of the new Skype for Windows looks like this:
