For burning CDs and DVDs you can use SimplyBurns on the Mac OS X platform. This program can compose, burn and duplicate audio and data discs. In addition, it is also possible to create and burn image files in ISO9660, DMG, CUE/BIN or TOC/BIN format. For a complete overview, we refer you to this page.
