Download Shareaza 2.3.1.0

The Shareaza Development Team today released version 2.3.1.0 of its eponymous p2p file sharing program, the first update to version 2.3.0.0, released exactly one month ago. Shareaza allows files to be shared across the networks of EDonkey2000, Gnutella, Gnutella2, and BitTorrent. For the first time, a download is now available for a 64-bit version of Windows. This is an experimental version, however, and unlike the 32-bit version, it will stop working after six months to force a switch to a newer version. The release notes for version 2.3.1.0 also look like this:

This is a bug fix release version. Some optimizations were made, Win9x support was reviewed and serious bugs were fixed. It’s the last version of Shareaza with Win9x support.
