waku was kind enough to let us know that Deerfield has released a new version of Serv-U. Serv-U is a comprehensive, but small (1.4MB) FTP server that is easy to set up, and can be used for free. Unfortunately, you have to pay if it wants to load the server a bit more, because the free version has a number of limitations, including a maximum number of users.
