Runscanner is able to check the system for the presence of malware. It can use various online databases, such as FileAdvisor and Castle Cops, to check suspicious files based on their md5 hash. Suspicious files can also be sent to VirusTotal are forwarded to detect any viruses present. For more information, please refer to this page. The developer recently released version 2.0.0.47 with the following list of changes:

• Fixed a bug where the scanning process freezes after loaded modules.

  /beginner : start the program in beginner mode
