Download RSSOwl 2.0.5

RSSOwl has been updated to version 2.0.5. This program can retrieve the latest news from various RSS, RDF and Atom feeds from the Internet. Searching for news items is done via the search function and thanks to the tabbed interface you can keep an overview of all the news on offer. The program is written in Java and can therefore be used on Linux, Mac OS X and Windows, among others. Version 2.0.5 includes a large number of bug fixes and performance and stability improvements. Linux and Mac OS X users are advised to uninstall the old version first, as the framework has been completely refreshed and will not be installed during an upgrade.

RSSOwl 2.0.5 is out

This new release of RSSOwl 2.0.5 comes with quite some bugfixes, performance and stability improvements as you can see from the changelog. Existing users can easily update using the integrated update manager (Help | Check for Updates).

Linux and Mac users should consider reinstalling RSSOwl completely as the framework for the user interface was updated for this release. This framework is not part of the usual update.
