Reaper is a program for the Windows platform that allows audio to be recorded and edited in a multi-track waveform. The developers continue to be busy developing and have another new version ready with 0.975 as the version number this time. The list of changes since the previous entry in the junk tracker looks like this:

- ctrl+alt+t toggles transport
- super crappy peak preview while recording
- added a very preliminary version of ReaSynDr (drum synth)
- fix for left/right/downmix channel modes in mono output (and consolidate)
- fixed consolidated rename bug

Version 0.969:
- MUCH faster editing/overall performance when using VST plug-ins
- VST config saving now stores program instead of bank (MUCH smaller state info)
- Included ReaSynth, a tiny and very basic additive synthesizer VSTi
- potential fix for some (rare) mousewheel drivers with new scroll modes
- fixed master track envelopes being saved/restored correctly in undo state
- ESC key closes mixer window in undocked mode
- VST/JS load default presets now work
