Another new beta release of version 2.3 of Rainmeter has been released. This program can display all kinds of useful and less useful information on the desktop in real time, such as free hard drive space, network activity and whether there is new email. Functional applets can also be used to, for example, make notes or send tweets. New in version 2.3 is the framework with which the plugins are created. This includes improved performance and new functionality, such as dynamic variables. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Changes in 2.3 beta r1273:

• Added OnCloseAction option to [Rainmeter].
• PerfMon plugin: Fixed incorrect return value in some cases.
• Fixed that X, Y, and Hidden are not reset in some cases when using !SetOption with MeterStyle.

• SysInfo plugin: Fixed incorrect return value in some cases.
• PerfMon plugin: Fixed incorrect return value in some cases.
