The first release candidate of version 2.2 of Rainmeter has been released and if no major issues are found, we can expect the final on January 8th. This program can display all kinds of useful and less useful information on the desktop in real time, such as free hard drive space, network activity and whether there is new email. Functional applets can also be used to, for example, make notes or send tweets. New in version 2.2 is, among other things, that the application can be used in different languages. Changes in Rainmeter 2.2 r1103 RC 1:

• A change has been made to the values ​​returned by the Process plugin.
  The plugin now returns -1 (not running) or 1 (running). If you used this new plugin in a skin in the past two weeks, you may need to adjust any IfxxxxValue / IfxxxxAction settings in your skin if you are trying to detect that a process is NOT running, as 0 (zero) now only indicates that the plugin has not yet returned any value.
• NowPlaying.dll: Fixed minor SetVolume inaccuracy with Winamp
