As usual, a new release of QT Lite became available shortly after the release of a new version of Apple Quicktime. QT Lite makes it possible to play content in Apple’s Quicktime format without installing Apple’s software first. QT Lite ships with the latest version of the Quicktime codecs and plugins for the Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, Mozilla, and Google Chrome web browsers. In this release, the Quicktime codecs have been updated to the latest version:
