Mark Russinovich of Sysinternals recently updated Process Explorer to version 10.1. With this program it can be seen exactly for each process which handles and files it has open, and which dlls it uses. Process Explorer is available for all versions of Windows and now, for the first time, there is also a version specifically for the 64-bit Itanium. Improvements in this release include being able to view and modify service permissions and display the Vista process cycle counters. The full changelog looks like this:
