Entech Taiwan yesterday provided Powerstrip with an update to version 3.83 build 635. Powerstrip is a handy all-in-one tool to tweak the video card and the display. For example, it is possible to adjust the refresh rate of the screen step by step and to overclock the video memory. Non-standard resolutions can also be added, for example for use with a widescreen television or a beamer. The program is available in two versions: the first contains only the English languagethe other contains multiple language packs. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

• Removed CLUT protection due to AV false positives
• NV50 max pclk to 400MHz
• Changed pre-Vista default hotkey mechanism
