From PowerStrip has version 3.30 beta build 357 seen the light. This software allows you to set different settings of your video card and monitor, in addition, you can set a profile for a certain program (eg a game). The changelog is unfortunately not present for this beta build, otherwise this program is described as follows:

PowerStrip provides advanced, multi-monitor, programmable hardware support to a wide range of graphics cards – from the venerable Matrox Millennium I to the latest SiS Xabre and Radeon 9700. It is in fact the only program of its type to support multiple graphics cards from multiple chipset vendors, simultaneously, under every Windows operating system from Windows 95 to XP.
