Download PlayClaw 3.0 build 2053

Sytexis software recently released version 3.0 build 2048 of PlayClaw. With this program it is possible to take screenshots and record videos within games. By taking full advantage of the capabilities of multicore processors, the program should be able to make these recordings without slowing down the game itself. PlayClaw can handle both OpenGL and DirectX, including version 11. A license costs thirty dollars. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes have been made to the program:

Changes in version 3.0 build 2048:

• New plugins for Teamspeak 3 (API 17);
• Fixed video recording bug with inserting random old frames (stuttering video);
• Fixed serious internal bug which can produce game crash on record start, lags, overlay hiding, etc.;
• A lot of minor changes & fixes;

Changes in version 3.0 build 1969:

• Important! Please DO NOT uninstall previous PlayClaw 3 build. Just install this build over old;
• FPS drop was greatly reduced, especially in DirectX 10/11 games like Battlefield 3;
• Also SLI/CrossFire owners will get less FPS drop in DirectX 9/10/11 games;
• Teamspeak 3 plugins API 15 are available;
• Fixed x64 low compression decoder crash;
• Fixed crash with low compression in some resolutions;
• Added Dota 2 support;
• Fixed Wings of Prey overlay render;
• Fixed IL-2 Cliffs of Dover crash;
• Fixed World of Tanks crash/freeze while PlayClaw settings are opened;
• Additional settings are available in main windows “basic capture options” interface;
• Added JPG image format for screenshots;
• Fixed AVI overlay time calculation;
• Fixed PlayClaw crash on very long TS3 client channel message;
• Fixed MJPEG quality=100 availability;
• Extended system tray menu;
• Fixed WoW x64 input bug;
• Added Norvegian translation;

Changes in version 3.0 build 1929:

• Fully rewritten capture engine;
• Basic options on start and ability to change all PlayClaw options right in game;
• WYSIWYG for overlay appearance;
• PlayClaw now supports native x64 applications;
• New video capture option: resizeable frame size;
• New audio capture option: PlayClaw now can write audio in separate WAV files;
• A lot of minor changes and optimizations;

Changes in version 2.1.0 build 1502:

• Plugins for TS3 are up to date (API 14);
• Fixed black screen in Modern Warfare 3 on some systems;
• A number of minor bug fixes;

Changes in version 2.1.0 build 1485:

• Fixed DiRT 3 detection error;

Changes in version 2.1.0 build 1480:

• Fixed Windows XP sound mixer configuration error;
• Plugins for Teamspeak 3 were updated for compatibility with RC1 TS3 client;
