Download PDFCreator 1.7.0
Version 1.7.0 of PDFCreator has been released. This program is capable of creating PDF files from any Windows application. PDFCreator installs like a printer driver, with the difference that the output does not go to the printer, but to a PDF file. Since version 1.6.0, pdf architect included, which can be used to edit PDF documents. This module is not included in the download itself, but is retrieved during the installation, if desired. The SaveByClick sponsor module is also optional. The changelog for this release looks like this:
Improvements:
- Upgraded Ghostscript to 9.07. The memory leak from 9.06 is fixed there.
- PDF/A files now produce PDF/A-2b output.
- PDF Architect was updated to version 1.1 which includes some major improvements and bug fixes
