Download PassMark WirelessMon 4.0 build 1001

PassMark Software has released version 4.0 build 1001 of WirelessMon. With this program, the status of the wireless network card and of the access points within its range can be monitored. This makes it possible to check whether the network has been configured correctly, whether all components are working properly, whether the access points are secured and what the network throughput speeds are. If directional antennas are used, the program can help locate an antenna. It can also help detect interference and other problems. This first update for version 4.0 includes three bug fixes.

Changes in version 4.0 build 1001:

• Fixed a bug with the key entry window that sometimes prevented keys being pasted correctly
• Fixed a bug with the access point log in WirelessMon (CSV) format where the supported data rates field was not being correctly processed, breaking the expected CSV format
• Fixed a crash in the connected node log when using GPX format
