Download PassMark BurnInTest 6.0 build 1025

PassMark Software has replaced BurnInTest version 6.0 build 1023 with build 1025. This program puts the various parts of the computer to work to test the reliability and stability of the system. The software is available in a standard version and a professional edition, the latter of which is available in both a 32-bit and a 64-bit version. The professional edition supports testing of more hardware, including tape drives and parallel, serial and USB ports. In addition, the memory tests in the Pro version are more extensive. Changes in version 6.0 build 1025:

• Corrected a crash bug with the standard Network test that occurred on some systems when Test all available Network Adapters was selected.
• Changed the startup of BurnInTest to allow BurnInTest to start when a specific 3rd party USB device (incompatible with BurnInTest) was connected to the system.
• System information has been updated for newer AMD and Intel CPU specifications.
• Corrected the CPU multiplier and base clock for the AMD Phenom II X6 when the CPU did not go into the Turbo Core P-State during the CPU frequency measurement.
• Update to the CPU detection when BurnInTest is started without access to all CPUs ie started with a CPU affinity mask.
• Forced debug logging (“-u”) improved. SMBIOS system information, standard network test and serial port test debug logging has been increased.
• Minor help file updates.
