Corel has released the eleventh generation of the Paint Shop Pro photo editing program. This program has an extensive set of options to manage and edit images and photos. But the novice user has also been thought of. The Learning Center takes you by the hand and helps you perform professional-looking edits. In version 11.0, or graced with a Roman XI by Corel, there’s a new tool that makes it easy to change colors.
