OpenShot Video Editor is an open source video editor for Linux. It is made with Python, GTK and the MLT Framework, and is comparable to Windows Movie Maker or Apple’s iMovie. Version 1.41 of OpenShot Video Editor was released at the end of January and now 1.42. In the first, new effects, animations and titles have been added, but of course also various other improvements. The second release contains bug fixes and updated translations and documentation.
