Download OpenELEC 7.0 Beta 2
The second beta release of the Open Embedded Linux Entertainment Center version 7.0 has been released. This Linux distribution is based on Kodi and can turn a computer into a full-fledged htpc. OpenELEC is easy to install, maintain and use, as well as being small and lightning fast. Incidentally, it is currently rumbling in OpenELEC land. A large number of developers have walked away from the project and have fork under the name LibreELEC set up.
In OpenELEC version 7.0, among other things, the switch to Kodi 16 has been made, a large number of components from the OS have been updated and there is support for Bluetooth audio. The complete changelog for this version, internally referred to as 6.95.2, looks like this:
