A much-discussed aspect of Windows 10 is the amount of information sent to Microsoft. This is often useful, because many matters can be handled better in this way, but not everything is equally useful, so there are certainly concerns about privacy. Fortunately, many of these ‘phone home’ options can be turned off, although they are not all that easy to find. O&O Software, known for its defragmentation program, among other things, has made a free tool available that allows many of these options to be easily turned on or off.
