Download NZBVortex 2.9.4

Version 2.9.4 has been released from NZBVortex. This program is one of the most widely used usenet clients for OS X. The program has everything you would expect from a modern usenet client. to expect, including support for different servers, connections and threads, notifications via Growl, the ability to use rss feeds and an nzb-watch folder, verification and repair of par files and so on. NZBVortex is released as shareware and a license costs 16 euros. Since version 2.9.2, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Changes in version 2.9.4:

• Binsearch should default to “popular groups”
• Support RAR archives sets starting with .000
• Add support for 7z archives
• Advanced -> Add PAR2s from NZB removed all downloaded files
• Merge a download into a failed download should be possible
• Repair obfuscated filenames using SFV when par2 set is damaged
• Fix crash while trying to mount a bad completed folder (sandbox)

Changes in version 2.9.3:

• Fixed crash while adding a nzb via Remote API or WebUI
• Make “Move to completed” more robust regarding mounted volumes
