Download Nullsoft Scriptable Install System 2.28

Version 2.28 of the Nullsoft Scriptable Install System has just been released. NSIS can be used to easily create professional looking installation packages. After creating a script, the program then creates a compact installer, in which, for example, uninstall options can also be given.
