Download NTLite 1.1.0 build 3960
Dino Nuhagic has released a new version of NTLite, a program that allows users to create a custom-built installation CD for Windows 7 or later. Dino is no stranger to this field, as he is also the creator of nLite and vLite, which do the same thing, but for Windows XP and Vista.
NTLite can, among other things, remove unused components and add hotfixes, updates and drivers. In addition, it is possible to make many settings, apply tweaks and answer questions that arise during installation, such as the registration key, user accounts and network settings. In this way, the program shortens the installation time.
New is that NTLite can also modify an already installed Windows. Also new is that there are different versions. The basic version is free, but has limited functionality. For example, only a limited number of components can be removed and it is not possible to modify an existing installation. The full version costs just under 45 euros and a commercial license can also be purchased. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:
New
- General: Win10 RS1 14352 support
- UI: 4k resolution resizing support
Upgrade
- Updates-Win7: Better KB2592687(RDP 8.0) and KB2830477(RDP 8.1) integration support (not using Runonce any more)
- Drivers: Host Import/Export enabled for 3rd party drivers only (ensures proper driver signing and less bloat)
fix
- Drivers: Intel Chipset 32-bit driver architecture detection
- Components: Terminal Services USB fixed and merged back with RDP Client (was breaking USB3 on Win10RS1)
- Components-Win7: Journal, Telemetry and Indian keyboard removal fix after rollup update integration
- Updates-Win7: KB2533552 integration
Change
- Components: HW Support – Xbox Support merged into existing Metro apps
