Download Notepad++ 6.0

Version 6.0 of Notepad++ has been released. Notepad++ is an extensive text editor and has various features that are especially useful for programmers, such as syntax highlighting for C, C++, Java, html, xml and php, among others. The program also offers the possibility to edit more than one document at the same time or even to maintain one document in two different places. New in version 6.0 are support for Perl-compatible regular expressions and a screen on the right that clearly indicates where you are in a document. Opening large files is also faster.

New features and enhancements in release 6:

• PCRE (Perl Compatible Regular Expressions) is supported.
• Add Document Map feature (via Menu View->Document Map).
• Enhance the loading performance for the large file.
