Download Notepad++ 2.8

A new version of Notepad++ has been released on SourceForge, which has increased the version number to 2.8. Notepad++ is an open source text editor built in C++ that brings a number of additional features, such as text highlighting and the ability to open multiple documents at the same time. The new version has the following changelog:

New features and corrected bugs (from v2.7):

• Recent Files History menu is now dynamic
• Change the shortcuts “Collapse the levels” (From Ctrl-Alt-# to Alt-#) and the shortcuts “Uncollapse the levels” (From Ctrl-Alt-Shift-# to Alt-Shift-#)
• The feature to minimize to system tray is added
• Block Comment features are added.
