NewsMan Pro was updated to version 2.5.0.0 a few days ago. With this program news messages can be read on Usenet and files can be downloaded. Some of the most notable features include support for multiple news servers, up to six simultaneous download connections, and the ability to set data limits per day, week, or month. The program is also free to use, but there are some restrictions. For example, the bandwidth used cannot be adjusted, there are a maximum of only two connections and the global header and body search do not work. • Modified the UUE decoder slightly to handle encoded posts that are not encoded properly (Usenet Explorer).
• Added support for the ISpell spell-check dictionaries when posting a message.
