Download NewsBin Pro 6.60 build 4129 RC 1

After fifteen beta releases, the first release candidate of NewsBin Pro version 6.60 has finally appeared. With this program files, such as photos, videos and programs, can be retrieved from usenet. It has everything you would expect from a usenet downloader, such as support for multithreading, ssl and autopar. There are also extensive filter options and an optional Usenet search service can be used. The changelog for this release looks like this:

• Rebuild to update title bar version info

• Fixed issue where Ctrl-R was leaving posts checked after they download.
• Fixed issue where periodic counts weren’t cumulative.
• Fixed issue where Red SPAM files from search show downloaded.
• Fixed issue with Download to Folder option from wish list.
• Removed the $(SEARCH) path variable from the options. It wasn’t working anyways.
• Fixed issue where post size wasn’t getting updated in the post list if new headers for an existing post came in.

• Disabling unrar in the watch lists doesn’t work
